We’re Back!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!

We are posting this to let everyone know that while we were “Temporarily Closed” due to COVID-19, we were working only with other Essential Businesses and their needs, once authorized by the State of New York.

As of Monday, June 1, 2020 we will be back open for business and offering full services again. There will be some changes made to the way we conduct business while operating during this pandemic. Please understand this is for the safety of our customers, and our family, as our business is now 100% conducted out of our home office on Rogers Hollow in Unadilla.

We will be operating Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm but will only be offering “By Appointment Only” at this time until this pandemic is over, and all restrictions are lifted. You can make an appointment directly on our website by clicking Make An Appointment on our navigation bar or you may call us to request an appointment as well.

**Remember, most of our design work, proofing, quoting and invoicing can be done right through Facebook, phone or email without needing to come to the office. Please only request an appointment if we need to meet face to face or if we are required to meet for measurements having to do with sign work or vehicle lettering.

– Appointments will be held “out of office” at our location in an open-air environment. Please, only one person per meeting unless otherwise specified. We do request that you wear a mask for the appointment, and we will as well.

– On large orders we will be offering free, contact-less delivery in the tri-town area. All other orders, we have designated a contact-less pickup location in front of our office for customers to pick up their items. The container will be sanitized after each customer picks up their items, for everyone’s safety.

– With every order an invoice is created. At this time, we request that, to avoid payment by check or cash, you pay the invoice directly online through our secure payment server attached to the invoice if possible. Terms of the invoice are and will be listed on the invoice for those who are unaware of our current policies.

– Please bear with us as these changes are new to us. We have materials shipped in from various locations in the country and need time to sanitize them upon arrival before we can begin using them for production needs. Additionally, we have run into delays from certain supply houses due to the pandemic and turnaround times may be delayed slightly and will be dealt with on an individual basis.
